Including pay rate/salary, tips, and date of hire.
RECENT PAYSTUB
Within the last two weeks - must match income stated on the credit application.
TELEPHONE BILL

cellular bill not acceptable)
All the pages are required, including the bottom part with the name and address you listed as your current address. Regardless if the phone bill is in your name or not! Must be dated within the last 30 days.
PROOF OF RESIDENCE
This can be a utility bill or any piece of mail (excluding junk mail) that comes to you at the address you listed on your credit application.
REFERENCES
5 relatives - including name, address, city, state, zip, area code, and phone number.
5 friends - including name, address, city, state, zip, area code, and phone number.
